Holistic Healing: About Me

My journey into healing began after a serious car accident at the age of seven that affected my mobility for years. What started as a personal challenge became the foundation of my life’s work in holistic healing, structural alignment, and pain relief.

Through my own recovery, I discovered how deeply the body, posture, structural alignment, and emotional health are connected and that true, lasting results require addressing the body, mind, and energy system together.

With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in Rolfing® Structural Integration, body alignment therapy, and advanced energy healing techniques designed to relieve chronic pain, improve posture, support scoliosis, restore mobility, and increase energy.

My approach integrates a powerful combination of Rolfing, Structural Alignment, Body Code, Emotion Code, Belief  Code, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation, allowing me to identify and release both physical tension and emotional blockages stored in the body.

I work with clients who are experiencing:

• Chronic pain and muscle tension
• Postural imbalances and misalignment
• Injuries and limited mobility
• Stress, emotional blocks, and low energy
• Scoliosis and spinal alignment 

Each session is customized to support pain relief, improved movement, posture, emotional clarity, and full-body alignment, whether in person, online  or remote.
